Level I Tree Evaluation- Written summary letter report provided- maximum of 2 trees for health and safety- Visual Inspection-1-2 trees only-$300 base fee-additional trees $100.00 each

- Visual inspection of the collar is where the trunk and roots meet at the soil surface- focusing on decay, missing bark, falling off, or broken, or if there are cracks in the trunk
- Examine the trunk- focusing on identifying deep, large cracks in the trunk- trunk swelling, or an overgrowth of one area of the bark
- Visual ground inspection-focused on the crown-focused on broken or hanging or broken limbs missing bark on limbs, bare branches with no new leaf or bud growth.

Tree Removal Permit Management-$450 base fee.
A one stop shop for managing your request for tree(s) removal
Services included:
*Complete tree removal application- tree condition, owner contact info., contractor info., create site plan (large projects may require owner to submit landscape plan), verification of ownership
*Take photos of tree(s) requested for removal
*Submit completed application to City- Owner to provide $415 payment
*Post property for the tree removal and provide verification to City-15 day posting requirement
*Prepare and send required neighbor notification letters to properties within 100' of the subject property.
*Take photo and provide receipt for conditional replacement trees to the City
*Assist if needed in determining appropriate species and location of conditional replacement trees
*Additional trees over 2 trees-$200 per tree
EXTRAS:
*Provide quote for tree removal and tree planting- $75.00
*Schedule removal of tree(s)- $75.00
*Schedule planting of new tree- $75.00
